I can't remember when it started, but the vast majority of dreams that I remember upon awakening are violent - commonly I'm being chased, attacked, killed, in the middle of a terrorist episode, etc. This is a piece I wrote about 3 years ago to express that in some way. I would love to put it together with a proper ensemble someday.
